He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Stroud; his children, Joe Brown (Jacqueline), James Stroud (Diana), Chad Stroud, Brooke Stroud Ellis, Kyle Stroud and Cassie Stroud; and his sister Patricia Kinder. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
