He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Crutchfield and Donna Crutchfield; and his sister Pat Evans (Clarence). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Crutchfield (Creech); his children, Stefanie Bryant (Brad), Michelle New (Dennis) and Nicholas Crutchfield; his grandchildren, Madison Bryant, Garrett Bryant, Kaylee Crutchfield, Maya Crutchfield, Nicholas Crutchfield and Jaycelyn Crutchfield; and his siblings, Joe Crutchfield (Judy), Liz Frederick (Butch) and Jan Shoup (Tim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
