He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis and Betty (Lieberman). He is survived by: his wife Margery Perkins; his daughter Katherine Mantel (Mark); his grandchildren, Edward Mantel and Margery Mantel; and his brothers, Richard Perkins (Cheryl) and James Perkins (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many other loving family members and friends.
