He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Clay Warmoth Sr. and Rhoda Warmoth (Peck). He is survived by: his wife Nina; his children, Debbie Garitson (Chuck), Sandra Davis (Chris), Dennis Warmoth (Diane) and Dan Warmoth (Amy); and his brother Don Warmoth (Sharon). He is also survived by his five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home (517 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
