He is survived by: his wife Debra Fowler (Kennedy); his children, Vernon Fowler (Ashley) of Monroeville and Julia Armstrong (Mike) of Milan; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Colten, Kailey and Piper; and his siblings, Betty Spaulding (late Harold) of Norwalk and Bobby Fowler (Kay) of Pratt, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
