He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Suleski); his daughters, Norma Schaffer, Deborah Schaffer, Donna Schaffer of Monroeville, Karen Cebull (Steve) of Sandusky, Tamara Henney (Rick) of Bellevue and Cheryl Cipolla (Bill Arthur) of Sandusky; his grandchildren, Kyle Cebull, Cassandra Cebull, Cody Cebull, Alyssa Burnett, Alexa Cipolla, Vincent Cipolla, Lauren Henney, Matalin Henney and Kyra Henney; his great grandchildren, Kyle Jr., Amelie, Blake, Ava, Amelia and Isabel; and his sister Mildred Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in Vincent's name to St. Joseph Catholic Church or School, or the donor's favorite charity.
