She is survived by: her children, Deborah Franks (Ken), Harold DeWitt (Lori), Brenda Taylor (Tony Sheely) and Michelle Oliphant (Don, II); her siblings, James Rosenbrook (Becky) and Linda Younce (Dennis); her half-brother Robert Oberlin; her close friend Jean Goodlive; and her pet Toby Franks. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren. 38 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at the Shiffler Cemetery (8247 US-127, Bryan, OH 43506).
In lieu of flowers and mementos, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral arrangement expenses.
