He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton W. "Mac" McNeal and Beverly J. "Jean" McNeal (Beatty); and his sister Melanie J. McNeal. He is survived by: his children, Kevin McNeal (Dede) of Southgate, Brock McNeal (Nickie) of West Unity and Kelsey Shaffer (Devin) of Lambertville, Michigan; his girlfriend Candi Devlaminck of Montpelier; and his brother Jay McNeal (Shannon) of Bryan, Ohio.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
