George Roerig Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Roerig of Montpelier, Ohio, born in Browns Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Roerig and Mary Roerig (Piechowski); his wife Agnes F. Cuffe; his children, Mary Francis, Nicholas and Daniel; his daughter-in-law Andrea Roerig; and his sisters, Elaine Kenney, Phyllis Schmitz, Theresa Ruiz and Maryann Kruger.

He is survived by: his sisters, Kathryn Saravia of California, Rita Hannasch of South Dakota and Germaine Tobeck of Minnesota; and his brother-in-law Frank Cuffe (Josie) of Virginia. He is also survived by grandchildren; 23 adoring great grandchildren.

Those wishing to attend services are required to wear a mask and abide by the recommended social distancing guidelines.
