He is survived by: his children, Justin Shutts (Angie) of Montpelier and Shaun Shutts of Toledo; his siblings, Rick Shutts of Montpelier, Randy Shutts (Pam) of Sylvania and Carol Zeller (Jimmy) of Defiance; and his close friend Tina Shutts. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
