He is survived by: his children, Shawn Cooley of Pioneer and Shanna Weaver (Chris) of Jackson, Kentucky; his granddaughter Chloe Creech; his siblings, Larry Cooley of Montpelier, DeeAnn Bowers of Cottonwood, Arizona and Ramona Pender of North Carolina; and his nephew Mike Hays of Pioneer.
