He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Heller and Neva Heller (Oberlander); his wife Patricia; and his sisters, Barbara Nixon and Joann Waldron.
He is survived by: his children, Robert L. Heller, Jr. (Cindy) of Cincinnati, OH, Randy Heller (Jenny) of Phoenix, AZ, Julia Buttgen (Robert) of Kendallville, IN and Andrew Heller (Angi Ulrich) of Fremont, IN; his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Fights (Jason) of Cincinnati, OH, Michael Heller of Phoenix, AZ, Sarah Buttgen of Kendallville, IN, Anna McIntire (Jake) of Noblesville, IN, Hannah Heller of Fremont, IN and Lilly Heller of Fremont, IN; his great grandchildren, Parker of Cincinnati, OH, Cooper of Cincinnati, OH and Adler Fights of Cincinnati, OH; and his sister-in-law Lynne Williams of Milton, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in Robert's memory to St. Paul's Methodist Church or the Williams County Humane Society.
