He was predeceased by : his parents, S. Frank Colvin and Ruth Colvin (Coffman). He is survived by : his sister Sharon Hill (Jim); and his nephews, Frank Mobley and David Mobley. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews, 1 great great nephew, as well as other relatives and friends.
