He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bard and Christene Bard (Drum); and his brother Robert Bard. He is survived by: his daughters, Jaime Duress (Scott) of Upper Sandusky and Beth Hall (Ned) of Delaware, Ohio.; his grandsons, Joel Duress (Hannah), Adam Duress (Rebekah), Sam Duress (Hope), Blake Lehman (Madison), Alec Lehman (Laney) and Reid Lehman (Carrie); his great grandchildren, Owen and Rosalynn Duress; and his siblings, Howard Bard (Cathy) of Marion, Ricky Bard (Norene) of Bucyrus, Charlotte Joseph (Douglas) of Delaware and John Bard of Morral.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lucas Batton Funeral Home (476 S Sandusky Ave, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Harpster UMC, or Hospice of Wyandot Memorial, and can be sent to Lucas Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.
