She was predeceased by: her parents, James Merritt and Marjorie Merritt (Lee); her husband Harold Barr; her sons, John Randall "Randy" and Richard "Ricky" Barr; and her siblings, J. B. Merritt, William Merritt, Robert Merritt, John Merritt and Helene Hart.
She is survived by: her son Robert Barr (Dawn) of Morristown; her grandchildren, Joby Barr (Taylor Benedetta), Makenzie Porter (Gavin) and Nathan McConnaughy (Ashlynn); her great grandchildren, Kelsi, Kaylin, Noah, Aleena and Scottie; and her brother Richard Merritt (Linda) of Uniontown.
