With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alfred Oeder (Morrow, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 8, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Oeder and Elva Oeder (Creamer); his wife Charlene Oeder; and his brothers, Carl Oeder, Jr. and Danny Oeder.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Oeder (Becky), Craig Oeder (DeLanna) and Becky Ehling (Kevin); his stepsons, Rick Ferguson (Ali) and Scott Ferguson (Kim); his girlfriend Ella Fields; and his siblings, Tim Oeder, Rick Oeder (Dale), Mona Amburgy (Bob), Donna Curran, Linda Metz, Carla McVay (Paul) and MaryBeth Muncy (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one of Fred's favorite charities The Wounded Warrior Project (support.woundedwarriorproject.org), or to your local fire or police department in his honor.
