She was predeceased by: her parents, George Perkins and Wilma Perkins; her brother Butch Perkins; Geroge. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Worthington, Scott Worthington (Carmen) and Greg Worthington; her grandchildren, Kayleigh Worthington and Abby Worthington; her siblings, Victoria Barnett (Gary Prupis) and Bobby Perkins (Patricia); and her sister-in-law Karen Perkins (Glenn Worthington). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
