He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lewis (Bailey); his children, Bambi Downard (Jason) of Galion, Fawn Mollenkopf (Justin) of Mt. Gilead and Ruth Bowersox; his grandchildren, Dakota Downard (Riley), Bryce Downard (Emily), Gavyn Downard, Melody Bowersox and Eli Bowersox; his great grandchild Travis Downard; and his siblings, James "Jim" Lewis (Jeannie) of Arizona, Wayne Lewis (Jean) of Wyoming, Phyllis Bessinger (Bob) of Fortson, Georgia, Ron Lewis of Mt. Gilead, Barbara Lewis of Marion, Donna Claus (Fred) of Galion and David Lewis (Brenda) of Apple Creek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
