In the sacred silence of farewell, Joy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joy's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She is survived by: her parents, Earl and Evelyn; her children, Jessie Tucker (Dylan), Emma Nicely, Mylie Nicely and Ryder Gilbert; and her siblings, Joseph McGuffey (Joan), Jason McGuffey (Christy), John McGuffey (Kitra), Jared McGuffey (Misti) and Jenny Crawford (Jason). She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the First Baptist Church South Lebanon (505 Mason Rd, South Lebanon, OH 45065). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
