He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his children, DeLinda Puthoff (James) of Cincinnati and Alex Paul Mayne of Clarksville; his sisters, Phyllis Bright, Ruth Brayton and Catherine Holland; and his grandchildren, Andrew Mayne, Kassidi Puthoff, Anastacia Mayne and Kyra Mayne.
