He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Bushong and Velma B. Bushong (Oman); his siblings, Darwin, Nial Bushong and Doneeta Bishop; and his siblings-in-law, Arlo Bishop and Ruthann Bushong.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Delores Nuzum; his children, Charlotte K. Saltzman (Mark) of Waverly, David Daryl Bushong (Wanda) of Mt. Blanchard and Paul M. Bushong of Mt. Blanchard; his grandchildren, Amanda, Caleb Saltzman, Jodi, Jena and Joshua Bushong; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Bushong and Sharon Nuzum.
Memorial contributions in Daryl's memory may be made to Findlay First Church of the Nazarene.
