He was predeceased by : his father Marion Thomas Park. He is survived by : his mother Blanche "Leota" Park (Morris); his daughter Calistia Rose Preece; his grandson Cirus Preece; his sister Tonya Mason (Jon); his stepfather Harlan L. Park; his stepson AJ Alexander; his aunt Ann Ullman; and his caregiver Kimberly Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to Snyder Funeral Homes to donate to the family.
