She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert, Mildred Welling (Grandma Mick), Willis and Sylvia Mutti; her uncle Tom Welling; and her brother-in-law Robert Gano.
She is survived by: her sons, Chase and Weston; her parents, John Welling and Cora Mutti Welling of Hummel Valley; her sister Mary Welling; her husband James E. Boltz II of J's Restaurant; her aunt Susan Cihon; and her cousins, Jennifer, Michael and Brenda Kay Mutti Kline.
