She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wilt and Mary Ethell Wilt (Rech); her former husband Clarence C. Shultz, Jr.; her children, Robert Shultz, James C. Burns, Jr. and Angela Shepherd; and her grandchildren, Camdin Garrett, Katelynn King and Edward Bunce-Sheperd.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Cordle (Brian) of Mount Gilead, Jonathan Shultz, Patrick J. Burns Sr. (Amanda Saunders) of Iberia, Michael Burns of Grove City, Leslie A. Burns (Bill Offerle) of Galion and Kathleen King (Jeremy) of Grove City; her grandchildren, Zachery, Kain, Brian Cordle, Courtney Piatt, Houston, Dillon Morgan, Jasmin, Jonathan Shultz, Nicole Burns, Summer Burns, Patrick A. Burns, Jr., Ethan M. Burns, Abbegail E. Burns, Charles Shepherd II, Ian, Johnathan Willhelm, Jeri, Brianna Cassidy, Tiffany, Alex Doss, Shawn, Ashley Offerle, Angel King and Dillan Morgan; and her siblings, Sarah-Jane Adams, Mary Ann Clements, Linda Ullom and Larry Wilt.
