He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Holtrey (Parkinson); his wife Teri; his pets, Daisy, Fred and Milo; his daughters, Megan Bigler and Alexandria Ferguson (Rick); his brother Terry Holtrey (Rosemary); his grandchildren, Austan, Alyvia, Allasyn, Avery and Addison; his great grandchild Emerie; and his uncles, Harley James Hanna (Barb) and Larry Hanna (Wendi).
