He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Conrad and Ruth M. Conrad (McGinnis); and his son Joshua William Steven Conrad. He is survived by: his son Joe Conrad; his grandchildren, Jeannine "Nina" Conrad, Joslyn Harris (Brandon), Joe Jr., Mikayla (Shakara), McKenzie (Sean Preston) and Willie; his great grandchildren, Brandon Jr., Braydon, Braelynn, Brenleigh, Jaxon, Ella and Kylee; and his friend Diann Flowers.
