She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Louise Mercer Wygle (Legg) and Lonnie Milton Mercer, Sr.; her brothers, Gary Mercer and Lonnie Mercher Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Debbie Warwick, Pam Harigle, Bonnie Campbell, James, Larry and Roger Fannin; and her parents-in-law, William, Audrey Fannin, Frank and Ollie Horton.

She is survived by: her boyfriend Ronnie W. Fannin of Mount Gilead; her stepson Robbie Horton; her sisters, Ella Louise Mercer of Snowflake and Edith "Edie" Davis of Concho, Arizona; her siblings-in-law, John Harigle of Texas, Janet Martin of Virginia and Jo Ann Fannin Helman of Marion; her friend Linda George; Felicia and Joseph George.
