He is survived by: his wife Karen Frederick (Schlereth); his sons, Robert Frederick (Lesley) of Hilliard and Michael Frederick of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Michael Frederick, Alethea Frederick, Nate Frederick (Rachel), Julianna Sopraseut and Caroline Sopraseut; his sibling's children, David Born (Missy), Ted Born (Donna), Dan Born (Theresa) and DeeAnn Salvitti (Pete); and his sister-in-law Pam Schlereth.
