He is survived by: his mother Linda Steinberger (Dodds) of Tuscaloosa, AL.; his children, Thad Donaldson, Brenden Donaldson, Trevis Donaldson and Gregory Donaldson Jr.; his grandchildren, Kelton and Tristyn; his siblings, Kelli Swift (Jeff) of Colorado Springs, Wayne Steinberger (Nancy) of Bellefontaine and Dave Donaldson (Tammy) of Tuscaloosa, AL.; and also Mason Trevino.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gompf Funeral Home (440 Center St, Cardington, OH 43315).
