Heidi Lynn Van Horn Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Heidi Lynn Van Horn of Mount Gilead, Ohio is shared. Heidi, born on March 21, 1969, passed away on September 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Earl "Gene" Van Horn; her sister Tammy Creasap; and her nephews, Dusty Creasap and Bobby Van Horn. She is survived by: her mother Sherrill E. Van Horn (Davis); her siblings, Renee Clem (Jeff) and Ray Van Horn; and her nieces and nephews, Ryan Creasap (Lindsay), Alaina Van Horn, Raygen Van Horn and Alina Van Horn.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bryn Zion Cemetery (5520 Co Hwy 240, Mt Gilead, OH 43338).
