He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meimer and Marie Meimer (Bender); his grandson Ethan Kestner; and his brother Ronald Meimer. He is survived by: his spouse Eddie Lou; his children, James Jim' Meimer (Mary) of Mount Gilead and Terri Kestner (Jeremy) of Sylvania; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Colton Jacob, Hunter, Cody, Lane, Layla and Jace.
