She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Fowler; her husband Bertram Lewis; and her siblings, James Fowler, Una Tucker, Frances Jackson and Sondra Thomas.
She is survived by: her mother Esther Parsons Gale; her children, Karen Gibson (Ron) of Marion, OH and Russel Lewis (Pam) of Jacksonville Florida; her grandson Joshua Lewis of Prospect, OH; and her siblings, Charles Fowler of Florida, William Fowler of Delaware, Arthur Fowler of Michigan and Twilla Jackson of Cardington, OH.. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Craven Chapel (67 N Main St, Mt Gilead, OH 43338). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
