Rick Honaker Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 3, 2025, at the age of 67, Rick Honaker of Mount Gilead, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rick Honaker to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry L. Honaker and Juanita Comstock (Thompson); his brother Gary Honaker; and his stepfather Bob Comstock. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bowman Hickman; his children, Heather Honaker of Lucasville and Heath Honaker (Whitney) of Crestview, FL.; his stepsons, Joel Hickman (Dawn) of Marengo and David Hickman (Sarah) of Cardington; his grandchildren, Blain Honaker (Lexie), Layla, Knox Honaker, Morgan, Madison, Rogan, Evalie, Abby and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Ledger, Carson and Hadley; his siblings, Charlotte Strawser, Brenda Schmidt, Ron Honaker (Betty) and Rob Comstock (April); and his aunts, Mary Schaffer and Berta Thompson. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
