With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelly Ann (Hootman) Clements (Mount Gilead, Ohio), born in Ashland, Ohio, who passed away on February 27, 2024 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Cherlynn Hootman (Harmon); and her nephews, Grant Levering and Jeremy Clements. She is survived by : her father Maurice Hootman; her husband Damon Clements; her children, Caden Clements (Grace Goltz) and Cassidy Clements; her sisters, Rebecca Hootman and Jennifer Levering; and also Lindsay.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Gilead Church of Christ (322 Iberia St, Mt Gilead, OH 43338).
