He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bush and Miriam D. Bush (Blum); his wife Charlotte Duckworth; and his sister-in-law Joan Bush. He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Bush II and Tonya Hinkle (Ronald); his grandchildren, Thomas "Brant" Bush, David Lustritz, Jessica Shelly and Cassandra Nava (J. J.); and his brother James "Jim" Bush. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
