He is survived by: his girlfriend Margaret Williams; his daughters, Shelley Miller (Daniel Smith), Logan Probst (Julia Kane) and Linsey Probst (Trey LaBazzo); his granddaughters, Paige Miller, Brooklyn Smith, Ava LaBazzo and Ella LaBazzo; and his siblings, John Probst (Jane Probst), Kimberly Roberts (Tom Roberts) and Eldon Probst (Jeanie Probst). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Phillip requested donations to be directed to St.John's Lutheran Church or School.
