With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Hughes of Mount Orab, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2023 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alice Hughes to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Isaac Sargent and Anna Sargent (Johnson); and her sisters, Marian Cantrell and Carol Pollard. She is survived by : her husband Robert D. Hughes, Jr.; her children, Mahala Cremeans of Houston, Elena Aaron (Robert) of Houston, Karissa Hughes of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Robert D. Hughes, III (Amanda) of Carolina Beach; and her brother James D. Sargent of Pikeville, Kentucky.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
