She was predeceased by: her parents, Seren Marsh and Dorothy Marsh (Hakes); her stepmother Virginia "Ginny" Marsh; her husbands, Roger Parks, Thomas Allen and Glen Anderson Payne; her brother Donald Marsh; and her stepbrother Dick Farra.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Cole of Traveler Rest, Roger "Butch" Parks (Connie) of Bethel, Cyndi Parks of Mt. Orab, Krystie O'Brien of Cincinnati and Cary Parks (Tommi) of Goshen, Ohio; her sisters, Nancy Shaffer of Hillsboro and Judy Holsapple of Greenville, Ohio; and her sisters-in-law, Pauline Marsh of Hillsboro and Patty Hakes of Hillsboro. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
