He is survived by : his wife Shirley Mae Holt; his children, David Holt (Steve Carrado) of Raliegh, Teresa Essex (Mark) of Blanchester and Lori West (Shawn Shanks) of Mt. Orab, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Robby West (Jill), Amber Williams (Terence), Kristin Jasper (Chad), Fawn Hornsby (Glen Murrell), Ryan Hornsby, Cody West (Marissa Combs), Megan West, Kirsten Essex, Kevin Essex (Ellen), Daniel Essex (Debbie) and Adam Essex (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Chayce Watson, Shae Williams, Austin Williams, Kaileigh Conover, Kingston Conover, Elin West, Annelise West, Maverick West, Ella West, Lucy Hornsby-Murrell, Sean Essex, Elizabeth Essex and Dakota Essex; and his great great grandchild Roman Williams.
