He was predeceased by: his parents, Auty Ferguson and Flora Ferguson; his daughters, Theresa Mills and Michelle Adams; and his siblings, Delbert, Auty Jr., Phyllis, Robert "Happy", Eugene Ferguson, Opal Barlag, Martha Gillman, Mary Bissantz, Josephine Wiggens and Aielene Ison.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Ferguson of Washington State, Cathy Ferguson of Washington State, Laura Morgan of Washington State, Lynn Anderson of Washington State, Suzanne Kemnitz of Frankfort, Angie Ferguson of Cincinnati, Melissa Ferguson (Michael) of Melbourne, Eddie Ferguson (Becky) of Martinsville, Kim Fisk (Ken) of Deerpark and Mark Ferguson of Mt. Orab; and his brother George Ferguson (Beth) of Cleveland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
