Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Judy Mae Frazier of Mount Orab, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 83, on November 30, 2023. She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon Roe and Virginia Roe (Bloomfield); her husband Carl W. Frazier; and her son Leon Burchett. She is survived by : her children, Carl Wayne Frazier, Cindy Frazier Black (Jack), Kim Spradlin (Tim) and Julia Frazier-Mathews (Keith); and her siblings, Tommy Roe and Mary Lou Grooms. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

The family requests all donations be made in Judy's name to Hospice of Hope, Ohio Valley, 215 Hughes Blvd. Mount Orab, OH 45154.
