She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mayes and Joyce Mayes; her siblings, Lori Sharp and Tim Mayes; her nieces, Joy Leeth and Holly Sharp; Grainger Kelley.
She is survived by: her sisters, Charlene Mayes of Mt. Orab and Sheila Downs of Milford, Ohio; her siblings' children, Kris Downs, Madison Downs, Megan Mayes and Ethan Mayes; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayley Leeth, Trenton Leeth, McKenzie Leeth, Cody Leeth, Ensleigh Chinn and Kaydee Downs; Greyson Hinkle and Victoria Rae Stacy.
