It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Spitznagel of Mount Orab, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Kopp and Agnes Kopp (Stegbauer); her husband Charles Edward Spitznagel; and her siblings, William Kopp and Mary Callahan.

She is survived by : her children, Chad Spitznagel (Allison) of Harrisville, Theresa Cremer (Kevin) of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Michael Spitznagel (Terri) of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Eddie Spitznagel (Dawn) of Mt. Orab, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Blake Stammen (Brent) of Liberty Twp, Brooke Schuermann (Mike) of Monroe, Melissa Moore (Adam Franks) of Harrisville, Brandi Theisler of Mt. Orab, Jason Cremer (Ashlee) of Hebron, Stacey McCullough (Kyle) of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Tyler Spitznagel (Hannah) of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Corey Spitznagel (Becca Carroll) of Mt. Orab, Ohio. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
