She is survived by: her husband Jim Milburn; her daughters, Steph Hoskins (Nate Hoskins) and Kim Arwine (Mike Arwine); and her half-sister Janet Emmons. She is also survived by her husband, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchild, extended family, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 2909 Pleasant Hill Rd, Mt Orab, OH 45154.
