She was predeceased by: her father Robert Downs; and her son Eugene Doss. She is survived by: her mother Linda Downs (Freeman); her daughters, Leah Downs of Mt. Orab, OH and Erica Nesbitt of Hillsboro, OH; and her sisters, Melissa Downs of Winchester, OH, Juanita Miller of Cincinnati, OH and Alena Mekelburg of Los Angeles, CA. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
