She was predeceased by: her significant other Clarence Phipps of Mt. Perry, Ohio; her siblings, Raymond Tackett, Orville Tackett, James D. Tackett, Eula Montgomery, Betty Faye Phipps and Laura Johnson; and her son-in-law Christopher Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Phipps, Glenda Grady (Jerry) of Baltimore, OH, Alice "Tiny" Strawn (Richard) of Newark, OH, Tammy Howard (Rocky "Bull") of Mt. Perry, OH, Jimsy Myers (Greg) of Heath, OH and Rebecca Wheeler (Mark) of Caldwell, OH; her brother Rufus Tackett (Rita) of Lucasville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Terry Barnett (Frank), Ronnie Bowers (Amy), Alicia Green (Daniel), April Phillips (Joseph), Cameron Wray, Katie Treadway (Tim), Jessica Baker (Josh), Mindy Robinson, Wesley Phipps (Chelsea), Blake Phipps and Madison Wright; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Zizek, Josie Zizek, Karisa Bowers, Karlee Bowers, Kaleigh Bowers, Ellie Erwin, Claire Phipps, Bentley Green, Dawson Phillips, Beau Phillips, Wyatt Baker, Ryder Baker, Cooper Baker, Hailey Robinson, Jayce Robinson, Zoey Robinson, Colt Phipps, Hannah Phipps and Raymond Phipps. She is also survived by 6 children, helped raise 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the BIG Run United Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the BIG Run Cemetery.
