He was predeceased by: his siblings, Chuckie Estep and Stephanie Estep. He is survived by: his parents, Donald W. Estep, Sr. of Florida and Betty G. Hallman (Burkle) of Mt. Pleasant; his sons, Chris Lawson and Brandon Nix; and his brother Chad Estep. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews which complete his family.
