She was predeceased by : her parents, Ellsworth Loper and Lula Mae "Bell" Loper (Welshans). She is survived by : her siblings, Naomi Boroski (Rich) of Las Vegas and Patrick Loper of Lake Placid, FL. She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
