Casteel of Mount Pleasant, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on July 7, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Casteel and Emma "Betty" Casteel. He is survived by: his significant other Amanda Keesey; and his sisters, Carol Laposki (Jerry), Karen Zavatsky (Joe) and Carla Hall (Greg). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
