She is survived by : her children, Derek Dvorcek (Megan Nestor) and Danielle Dvorcek; her grandchildren, Hensley and Daxton Dvorcek; her siblings, James R. Worrell, Jr. (Sonya), Terri Gotschall and Jason Worrell; and her pet King. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
